Balance can be so many things. Physical or mental balance. Balance for specially trained individual like gymnast or balance for working.
I will talk about balance for working that most anyone can learn and use.
To have balance
Most people can have balance. It is important to know how you have the best and strongest position. It is important to do many body awareness exercisis to understand and teach your body about best positions.
To keep balance
When you have learned to have balance the hardest thing starts and that is to keep balance. To learn this you need to define the problem correct and then look at the solution.
