Movement

Movement

In the beginning I did not understand why we had this principle. I thought that since we have balance that should be enough. Kurt then told me that Movement is so important that it has to be as a separate principle.

If you dont move you will loose your balance.

If you dont move you will need more force

If you dont move you will probably stay in a dangerous position instead of moving in to a safe position.

If you dont move you will not be in the best position to Control or protect the attacker / patient.
